• You must not modify or copy our proprietary algorithms or source code
• You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or unauthorized access to systems
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any of our AI models or processes
• You must not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

Automaize provides AI-powered automation solutions for businesses, including but not limited to:

• Sales process optimization

• Custom AI integration services

5. Disclaimer

The materials and services provided by Automaize are provided "as is". Automaize makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Automaize or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Automaize's services, even if Automaize or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials and AI outputs provided through Automaize's services could include technical, typographical, or algorithmic errors. Automaize does not warrant that any of the materials or AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or current.

8. Service Modifications

Automaize reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

9. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing accurate and complete information

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Automaize services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Automaize or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
